Our Returns Policy

Tangible items/products:

All tangible items/products (herein referred to as “product(s)”), the refund will be processed only it satisfies the below conditions;

  1. The buyer should have substantial evidence, (digital photographs or videos only) of the product(s) which is clear to identify and review the claim”, with complete unboxing and identifying the fault/damage/other-acceptable-claim.
  2. Buyer has to notify us of “Returns Claim” within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise, no returns claim will be entertained/honoured.
    1. The buyer has to ship the product(s) back to us within 2 working days from the date of ‘returns claim”, ensuring “all the original packing and complete contents of the parcel received, in as is and un-used condition (un-used, other than for checking and inspection only) are included in the returns parcel”.
      1. In case of dispute on the “used-possibility” of the product(s), it is at the sole discretion of the Seller to decide on the product(s) the total return amount, anything from 0-100% of its billed value.
    2. Buyer has to ship the product(s) in additional necessary packaging to avoid transit/handling damages.
  3. Buyer has to pay the shipping charges of the returns parcel at his own cost to our registered address, as mentioned in the invoice, and;
    1. Readable Photo of the shipment slip & Tracking code has to be updated to us in the Returns Claim, within the next 24 hrs of the return-shipment.
    2. With respect to the claim honouring status, the shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer, in the same percentage of refund as the cost of the product(s).
  4. The claimed amount can be either refunded or used as credits for further shopping at our website.


Non-tangible items/products:

All non-tangible items/products, the refund will be processed only after it undergoes the scrutiny by our representative.

  1. All non-tangible is dealt on a case-to-case basis (for now). Kindly get in touch with us by email only, and no other forms of communication will be treated as legally bound. However, you can communicate via WhatsApp or by Phone-call for non-legally bound updates.
